Valentin Mihov focuses on incubating, launching and scaling new businesses in the capital markets space. On a day-to-day basis, he reviews incubation opportunities, defines minimal viable products and business models, and drives product and commercial strategy for new ventures. Valentin is passionate about building scalable businesses leveraging technology to drive innovation while addressing unmet needs.
Prior to joining Webn, Valentin was a Principal in the capital markets practice in Oliver Wyman. His experience spans over 25 projects working with banks, buy-side players and market infrastructure providers, focusing on growth strategy as well as pre- and post-transactional work. Valentin holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge. In his spare time, Valentin enjoys an active lifestyle, travelling and playing electric guitar.
