Fay Palaska runs the People function at Webn and actively supports all portfolio businesses with their people strategy and operations. Fay builds a foundational understanding of each business so she can create the right people model for the long term. Her areas of focus include HR operations, learning and development, performance management and development of global employment and recruitment models.
Before joining Webn Fay was Global Head of Talent Acquisition at IQ-EQ; HR Business Partner and HR Talent Manager at Lawson Conner; and, Head of People & Operations at X-Trade Brokers. Fay holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from University of Aegean, Greece and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Associate Member and holds a CIPD Level 7 – Advanced Certificate in Human Resources.
