Barbara Walshe

Barbara Walshe helps Webn’s portfolio of businesses to navigate legal and regulatory issues. Within Webn, she also leads the business infrastructure team that helps all portfolio companies achieve their goals and execute their strategies across brand and design, communications and marketing, compliance and legal and HR.

Barbara qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked at Ashurst LLP and Linklaters LLP before moving to an in-house legal role as Chief Legal Officer of an early-stage green tech startup. Prior to joining Webn, she was sole legal counsel for the manager of the Hargreave Hale AIM VCT. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
