Adam Armitage works on both new projects and for the existing portfolio in relation to commercial contracts, employment, fund raising, intellectual property and general corporate matters. He has nearly nine years of legal experience in both private practice and in-house.
Prior to joining Webn Adam was an associate in the London office of White & Case LLP, in the Private Equity team. Adam began as a Paralegal in a company side venture capital focused law firm before shortly moving on to White & Case where he spent a further two years as a Paralegal in the Private Equity team. He then trained at White & Case spending six months in each of the Asset Finance, Bank Finance and Private Equity teams in London and six months in the White & Case Beijing office within the Bank Finance team. He also spent a few months at Blackstone Credit on secondment.
Adam qualified into the Private Equity team at White & Case as an Associate and spent time on secondment to both Lightsourcebp and Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Alongside his legal qualifications (GDL, LPC and LLB), Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.
