Kevin Wong

Kevin Wong supports the wider legal team and portfolio businesses. He advises on corporate governance and structuring matters, contract drafting and review, and provides strategic business advice through a legal lens. His previous experience advising founders and investors in the UK start up economy lends itself well to the ever-changing environment of Web3.

Kevin started his career in private practice at US law firm, Orrick, before qualifying and moving to Taylor Vinters, a UK law firm focussed on venture capital investment acting for both companies and investors. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he studied English Literature at Lancaster University.
