Previously, Alan held a key role at HSBC Retail Banking for over six years, where he was involved with transformational projects. More recently, he played a pivotal role in establishing a design team at a fintech start-up. His expertise lies in assembling UX designers, UI designers and researchers, fostering collaboration, sharing ideas and leveraging the latest design tools to enhance efficiency.
